Destination Branding Process of Bengkalis Regency as a Cultural Tourism Destination by the Board of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sport

The existence of tourism development policies that are not supported by integrated communication activities makes problems in Bengkalis Regency increasingly complex. Disparbudpora has made a cultural destination through branding. This study aims to determine the branding process for Board Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports (Disparbudpora) as destination. research method used is qualitative with descriptive case approach. results this indicate introduces destinations carrying out 5 stages first stage market investigation, analysis strategic recommendation, namely collecting secondary data, field surveys data analysis. two Brand identity development, using Sembayung logo tagline diversity culture. three brand launch introduction carried digital special events which held annually. four implementations accordance program set RIPPARDA 2021-2035. Fifth, monitoring, evaluation review directly, UPT Tourism managers Evaluation, discusses been collected regarding deficiencies advantages destinations.
